On my travels around the New York City area, I have been so fortunate to see some beautiful blooms everywhere I go. This page shows some of them. I will admit, I do not always know the name of what I am photographing!
Poppies, Lido Beach Passive Nature Area, July 6, 2023
This group of photos was taken August 11 at the Riverside Park Community Garden. There are dahlias, hibiscus, zinnias, and sunflowers with and without bees.
These photos include prickly pear flowers from Marine Park in Brooklyn, and yellow flowers (daisies?) from Lido Beach Passive Nature Area on Long Island.
